Hey Chicagoans! There are Trader Joe's in Chicago land... go and check them out:
This is the supermarket chain I have been talking about that has *quality* food *and* cheap. Imagine Whole Foods, but smaller variety, but FAR cheaper.

i love Trader Joe's too, and if you're eating raw food -- with the exception of the Orchid Island orange and grapefruit juice -- Trader Joe's prides themselves on everything being pasteurized ... even the apple cider vinegar.
and even the frozen fruit is cooked before being frozen.
it is a charming store, fun to go to.
