These photos are not for any particular homework, but I decided to post them anyway for critique and whatever. I believe there's a couple of good ones.
I want to separate those of lightning- this was just last night, Sunday August 14, 2005 - in a very rare event- which is a thunderstorm where I live. The shots are "crooked" but I learned that to capture lightning it wasn't as hard as I thought... basically set my camera to RAW + 2 second exposure + wide aperture + continous shooting and it was able to continously shoot until the memory fills completely up. There is a shot where you can see some lightning coming from the street and a neighbor's house- after some thining it's evident this is not real lightning there, but the reflection of distant lightnign in my glass window and the lens uv filter/protector.
Here are the lightning shots:
The other shots I took at the school of Dentistry of UCLA garden & parking lot.
Ok, this last one I got around where I live:
As always, comments & critique most welcome.
Oooh, couple of winners here, I think: x1744_1 and x1697.

Nice job on the lightning shots - I particularly like the shot of the leaves on the... balcony, I think?
