Don't know if you guys saw it, but I was alerted by a coworker 50 minutes before it started.
I have about 2-3 more shots to put up, but I thought these were cool.

I learned that you really need to shoot the moon faster than 1/2 a second because else it blurs. The moon moves fast! :-) Also the super high contrast between the dark and the light area... that's why you see some shots exposed for the dark, to get the famous lunar-eclipse red...
These are awesome! I thought about staying up, but by midnight San Francisco was already covered by fog ,so I figured I didn't have a chance (besides, my camera/lenses would have never made it look as good these! :)
